(1)Bolt a rope between rotating plate and anchoring chain

(2)When the bucket is full,lift the bucket, pull the the rope on the rotating plate side, the rotating plate overcome spring force turn emerge the limit pin, automatic flip stuff discharging

(3)After dumping the stuff, and pull the rope ends, make the rotating plate to recoil state, at the same time turn over the bucket in place, let go of the rope ends, spring backs to rotating plate to lock the bucket.
